My using "healthifyme" app to count my calories and walking steps and workout records. 3) Make a smart food choice like oats , brown rice , brown bread , soap , salad , nuts , smoothies , more fluids. 4) Increase your water intake it helps in burning calories and a great way to keep skin healthy and tight. 5) Breastfeeding is helps to burn extra calories consumed. So More and more BM. 6) Massage your tummy with pure coconut oil or any good lotion at least twice a day it will help to tighten the skin nd promote good blood flow. 7) keep a healthy mind stay positive. Be Happy . Never loose hope. Postpartum Exercise 💃 1. From 3 month - start with walking twice a week , kegel exercise for 5 seconds 5 set , Pelvic tilts 3 seconds 3 set , Neck and back stretching 2. From 6 month - start planks , mountain climbing , elevator lift. Postpartum Yoga 💃 1. Bridge pose
Wish I met you at postpartum...was in PPD took almost 3-4 months to recover and still has to go for check up...
