Moms are anxious to get back into their pre pregnancy clothes and loose weight. Here are some quick tips :
1. Eat healthy - avoid ghee oils and sugary items in the post delivery period.
2. Breast feed - Breastfeeding burns calories about 25 calories per session of breast feeding.
3. Walk - Start with a 30 minutes per day walking program.
4. Do your kegels - This will not help you loose weight but will surely tone your pelvic floor muscles and help you regain pelvic tone much faster.
5. Rest - Try and get about 8 hours of sleep per day. This can be in breaks but rest boosts your metabolism.
