Frankly speaking i started given after 1 year because as i am working mom so i was very scare to introduce egg after 7 to 8 months..

Yes as Akansha said and being a dietitian myself i recommend you to start yolk first in 8months then if there are no allergies gradually start with whites. white part is mostly the reason for allergies in many kids as the protein in it could cause rashes ,loose stools etc. All the best.

Hi Naiyya, I started with eggs around 8 months. Gave her egg yolk which she had happily. I was hesitant to give egg whites since paediatrician had told to avoid egg whites till 1 year, but one day all hue and cry made me have her a bite of egg white. Since then she has totally been a fan of eggs.
