Aisaa koi rule nahi hota hai ek year k baad baby k liye...Aap din me fruits, vegetables, rice, chapati, non veg agar aap khaate ho sabki serving do... Doodh, dahi, paneer, dry fruits powder, eggs sab ache hain... Beans jaise ki rajma wagerah bhi de skte ho.
