More often than not, we moms tend to forget or rather prioritize ourselves. So, i just thought to create a brief self care checklist for us moms that can help many of us to stay happier. Here's my checklist that I wish every mom to follow at least three four days a week or just once a week. I started with workouts, healthy diets and favourite meals and trust me, it felt great!
