The day used to start at 5am with a glass of water as mumma used to drink it always and then usual teeth brushing n a quick glance at the newspaper with a small cup of tea..cooking meals for herself n lunch for; huby dear !!
But today, She couldn't wake up as she was in her special 5 days.. and felt like sleeping a bit more nearby her 9 month old while her huby went to office at 7am (Australian project...calls u early).
She happily slept till 10...and was woken up by her stomach shouting n growling for food..she wanted to cook as soon as possible B4 the baby wakes up ( baby clings to her a Lot when wakes up). As soon as she put tava on gas ..the bell rang!; She was hungry and now angry...she ran towards the gate and hear a "bhadaam" .. the sound came from room....she left the door unopened and rushed towards the room just to find her baby crying on the floor...she picked the baby; up and as soon as she picked up iodex..the bell has already ranged 3 times...she knew it was important as it was passport verification of her baby. She was confused...the baby crying...bell ringing ( oh these impatient policemen). She put iodex on baby's head who was still crying...and she had sudden cramps inside her abdomen.
She ignored all ad rushed towards the door...she. Opened and found no1 there. Oh my God..this calls for an whole new process of applying passport...she thought!! Baby was calm now...but was not looking well...she immediately called her huby and they decided to visit doctor. Paed asked to go for some tests which were to be done the same day...her stomach and abdomen were ready to eat up themselves by now!! She couldn't eat anything junk in front of baby as she always shared with baby( felling so bad about this habit). The tests were done and few reports came normal. Few were awaited and she gets a call from hubby that he is coming home for dinnerwith 2 frnds...It was the time when she bursted out like never before...the harshest she could ever be to her better half..and she denied to cook anything for anyone.
By the time she reached home the baby was fed up drinking milk and wanted some solids...she made a quick suji mix and start feeding the baby...it was already 6 pm on the clock and that sooji looked nothing less than a full fleged meal...but the mommy in her wanted to slap her for this thought n dad's word we're still banging her head...and then suddenly the door; opened and huby dear was standing there with a paper bag filled with dhokla...all the anger melt away and a hangry mom...too!
Dhoklas were never this tasty ever!!
