Hello Urmila, do you have any other complaints? <br> Include things that you like in your diet.; Eat little little atleast every 2-3 hrs.; It is really very important for both the growth of baby and also during pregnancy there are so many changes that takes place in your body. For which proper healthy diet is required.; Involve your self in things that you love to do.; Do yoga and meditation which will help you alot.

Hi dear...this will happen in starting of pregnancy...but it's necessary in these days to eat healthy ..eat dryfruits, fruits , juices, green vegetables, milk n all...jo b achcha lage thoda thoda khao..isse baby ka growth hoga hi..don't think too much..eat healthy ,be happy n take rest...no stress..tc
