mujhe placenta previa grade 2 h. log mujhe pair ucha rakhkr letne ki suggestion de rhe h pr dr ne aisa kchh ni bola h . mai bhot confuse hu mujhe kya pair thoda upar rakhna chahiye. aur kya mai peeth ke bal so sakti hu. pls help.

Placenta previa means the placenta is covering the mouth of the uterus. In most cases this can cause spotting and hence doctors will advise to take it easy and not do exercises etc. However if you don't have spotting then you are not advised complete bed rest. Grade is the age of the placenta and this depends on your stage of pregnancy.
