Mumbai has encountered the most horrific incident last night!! The Kamala Mills fire is sad, disheartening & scary for all!
Hope all pubs, clubs, dining houses are restrained from any further functioning till they do not have fire compliances required by law!
We are at that time of the year when these club, pub & dining owners make huge amount of money without looking into the welfare & safety of their guest, this incident is an eye opener for the authorities to shut each & every place in Mumbai till such time that all required compliances are not met!
The owners of these properties, if they have not done the necessary compliances as required by Law should not be allowed to conduct their New Year's Eve Events!!!!
The Owners will / may loose a few lacs of Rupees- but it's much; better than letting any innocent person/s die and someone losing a loved person.
Let no level of corruption allow these kind of offences pass by without strong action being taken against these establishments & the people running it.
Records state that 90% of such clubs, pubs & eateries are not fire compliant.
Are we ready for some more mishaps & deaths 😒

I guess the way these guys hang the celebrity signs and applauds framed on the wall, therr should be a compulsion on them to put up the safety certificate on the walls and it must be mandatory for all eateries and hanging out places so that people are aware whether or not a particular restaurant is following the safety protocol. I don't know where the humanity is dieing for some bloody money that someone wants to make. Are these people not answerable to almighty.

Totally agree...i have been here and they serve hookas here....the place was tooo smoky and suffocating. People were smoking sheeshas here like chimneys, we left the place immediately due to the suffocating environment. At a time u will find atleast 20 sheeshas being served here
