it's common for a baby that young to have small red rashes on the face.  wipe her face with sterilised cotton after every feed.  sometimes breastmilk also causes small pimple like rashes on the face  and sometimes it maybe because of heat. don't worry either ways,  they will go away.  my baby had them on the face too and it went away on its own
