My 1 year daughter had sudden convelsion. She had not fever. All reports are normal xray , eeg and blood test. Please suggest what are chances it will occur again and precautions to take

Just wait for some time and it's better to keep the baby under observation.. will be fine ..also if you can take a second opinion from a neurosurgeon..
