My 1 year daughter has continous fever for the past 10 days. She has severe cough too. The fever comes down with paracetemol but is back once the medicine fades. She is eating and drinking less and rarely wets her nappies. What could be wrong?

Ten days are too much yaar. See the doc again and try to feed baby some liquids like soups... Baby is dehydrated. <br>

She should be passing urine minimum once in every four hours. You can watch for her tounge and lips to be dry. These are signs of dehydration. Please Visit the dr and keep giving ors
