Hi<br> If the baby is on exclusive breastfeeding don't worry about the poop. It's OK if they don't poop for a week also. But if cranky it could be colic. Burp your baby after every feed well and don't put the baby flat on the bed immediately after feeding. Avoid eating gassy and fatty foods. Please meet your pediatrician as the baby is too small to follow any home remedies.
