My 15 day old baby girl spits milk from nose and mouth from 5-6 days.. n its not look like curd.. its a clear milk... is anything to worry about.. please suggest what can i do

Hey try burping the baby after feed.. also avoid over feeding..feed in intervals.. also check the position of feeding..
