my 16 months old son has been asked to take montair 4 mg tablet for next 3 months as he gets frequent cold , running nose and also wheezing .i would like to know if this med is safe and what are the side effects or is there any other alternatives to this .he was suffering from pneumonia in jan 16 and post that almost for 3 to 4 months he was on montair kid plus tablet .this time he has been prescribed montair 4 mg .
