When mannat got cold .... I kept steamer in the room with eucalyptus oil..; potli of Ajwaiin and lehsun; at night.;;;;; I used nasal saline drops; it helped a lot ... <u>It</u> cleared all the mucus inside and loosened the dry ones.. she sneeze and it came out.. I cleaned it and she was comfortable; after that...; try <u>it</u>

I agree with sumira ....ajwain potli is very helpful. one more tip is here that my malish vali told me ....take one beetal leaf ,rub castor oil on it warm it on a hot griddle. and put it on baby's chest&nbsp;&nbsp; than tie it with cotton cloth .this is very very helpful in combat cold and cough .

I agree with both moms . . !! Steam and ajwain bit . . Roast ajwain and make a potli . . Run on baby's chest and back . . Rub is on baby's pillow or near baby's head so he can smell the aroma . . That helps with runny nose
