For fever u need to shoe it to doc and for cuddled milk it's a good sign that baby digestion is good u should always burp ur baby after feed and plain waterlike thing  if baby is vommiting its just becomes babies mouth is open  all the times so it's her saliva plz check baby got rashes or pain in ear or pain else where that's y crying or crying due to gas it can be due to climate change also
