My 2 month old boy stand and take step with the help of arm.. And he feel very happy by doing this. Is it good to make him stand at 2 month age?

Nope it will create unnecessary strain on his body, don't make him stand

Hi no it's not good, their torso is not developed or steady. Making them sit for sometime itself is not good.
