Hi
It is essential that you feed your baby exclusive breast milk until they turn six months. You can express your milk and feed through a bottle, and try to breast feed when you are comfortable. The baby is just two months old, too small to look out for other options.

What u can do is express ur milk beforehand and store in a bottle, u can keep it at room temp for max 2 hrs after expressing or refrigerate if u r using it; later. This ways u can reduce efforts by u and ur baby since; u both r tired. Milk flow is relatively faster in bottles as compared to breast so baby has to put in; less effort and its very easy for a tired and sleepy baby. Pls remember to use good brand bottles like philips avent and sterilize bottles and breast pump after every use to avoid infection and colic in baby. Temp of milk should be similar to breast milk

Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for six months..take support while feeding..use a feeding pillow..buy it on the app itself or Amazon..till then use simple pillows to support your baby in the feeding position..after six months you can start solids which will decrease her frequency of breastfeeding..Also read this article 9 Smart tools for Breastfeeding which can make feeding easier!
