My 2 year 3 months old baby does not speak..not even mumma papa..he responds to everything by pointing..He listen to everything whatever I direct him to do..I.e- go to loo, get in the car, come inside.put my phone on charging...he even tells his body parts..but does not talk.when he will start speaking..
Also if you feel once Consult doctor also for this.

Some kids have speech delay..but he is above two years so start working on it..one is that you and family members talk to him as much as you can..small words..short sentences..also show him videos where cartoon characters it small kids talk..that will help him catch up..also if possible grate one soaked almond for forty days continuous and whatever oil comes mix in honey and give to baby... hopefully he will speak soon
