dear don't worry usually breastfeeding babies passing a stool 4-5 days is consider in Normal...For Colic problem in baby apply hing pest around his navel with clockwise.....if baby is feeling uncomfortable so please consult with your doctor....

As baby is too small..  you can't give anything else other than breast milk. Jut keep feeding. Even baby won't do for 1 week also...it's fine and normal. Don't worry... he will do.
