Yes in this case keep him in an upright position for at least 20 mts after every feed. It will help in digesting properly .

This looks like reflux to me,you can help your baby by properly burping him taking him on shoulder in upright position and gently patting the back working upwards starting at lower back. Try elevating his head by placing few cotton clothes. And do get in touch with ur pediatrician,as if the baby is not taking feed,he might become dehydrated. Till then, Try expressing some milk and feed him by katori and chammach. Do let us know what gets diagnosed!

Ok,spitting out curdled milk is fine,babies at this age do spit out small quantities. How can pee count be normal if your baby is not taking feed?
