If you are giving iron drops then a baby who is on exclusive breast feed may get constipated. Discontinue the drops and discuss the same with the doctor asap. The drops may be essential but the doctor can change the brand or prescribe a smaller dose

How do you know it's constipation..... Baby pass stool once in few days.... If stool is not hard it is not constipation
