My 3 and half months complted of c section but still my stomach look like i m pregnant.. Wt to do.. Plz help.

It has been 3 months so you can do yoga or only walking so that it will not put pressure on your body. Do it only for 15minutes in starting then you can increase the time. Along this you can take mamaearth stress relief tea after cinsulting your doctor. And when you stop breastfeeding then you can take mamaearth apple cider vinegar also. Both are natural and helps in weight loss.

It took 9 months to get this tummy so it will take that much time to get back to the original shape. Take rest till 6 months after that you can slowly walk then work out.
