my 37 week has started.  Please suggest me what I have to do now for labour and to avoid breech position of baby.

This is a miracle of nature.. It happens automatically.. you need not do anything.. Pls do not fall into all the crap of old lady tales of putting hands over the head creates some issues etc etc

yes kegels can be done. it doesn't strain very much physically but a very good exercise for making cervix flexible during labour. if u have doing some light exercise u should continue them. do lots of walking and wiping the floor can be a good form of exercise but only if u have been doing it before u got pregnant and during ur pregnancy.

only if ur doc allows .as I'm also 36 week for me it's&nbsp; no for exercise as my baby in oblique position&nbsp;&nbsp; so better speak to doc before doing any <u>exercise</u>

you can check kegell exercises on you tube. do household work like wipe the floor.
