question
My 3month old baby use to put his fingers in mouth and suck. This happens every now and then. Even if I put mittens on his hands, he do the same. If I restrict him to put hands, he starts to cry. I'm sure that it's not hunger sign, because even after feeding, burping, he keeps sucking fingers. Pee and poo counts are normal. What would be the other reason ? pls help!!

hi my son also did same when he was small ...i mistaken it with teething ..but it wasnt that...i think this is normal phase with some babies..may bcoz they recognise their hands...u dont worry just keep ur baby's hands clean and if u r putting mittens that too shud b clean.

Its not hunger cue! Its not only normal, but also a sign that your baby is normal and doing well.. She is busy exploring everything around her by sound, smell, sight, touch and taste. It also helps her to get coordination between hand and mouth... That's how we eat, right? 😊
