My 3rd post for the day.
I will talk more on yoga as today is 21st june which is celebrated as International Yoga Day.
So first il talk about its benefits and why we must practice Yoga in day to day life.

Its my personal experience like what i felt when i started practicing yoga and how it work for me.
You can see in the pictures below im n second row n middle wearing black pants n tshirt.☺
Benefits - 🙂 🙏

1. Yoga makes our mind body n soul subtle.
2. Daily practice makes us fit n healthy.🙅🏻
3. Doing pranayam helps us to think positive and be optimistic.💆🏻
4. It also helps for heart patients and also who have thyroid 💁🏻
5 works for ailments and sometimes very powerful if we do daily practice yoga 🤗
6. Makes us fresh and remove all negative vibes.😇
7. Control on our mind , body n thoughts .
8. People who have grudges yoga us must.😘
9. Peace.😇
10. Satisfaction.🤰🏻 yes also very very beneficial on pregnancy but with the help of our teachers ❤ and during pregnancy yoga helps us for a normal delivery.
Im sharing about my personal thought into this how i felt while i started practicing yoga after marriage.

First of all i start with meditation with OM loudly we use to said as our Guruji use to always say chanting OM as a mantra gives us immense strength n energy which reflect to positivity ❤.
Then comes pranayam breathing exercises like inhale n exhale from nose which helps us to clear our toxins .
Slowly i started doing all other exercise including head stand and surya namaskar.
Surya Namaskar we use to do usually 30 counts. But on yoga day 100 counts at a stretch no stop n between which was also a fun doing n learning from our teachers n experts . i have few pics of mine n my team n also my teachers il definitely share with this post.
Im so happy to entire bbc team n specially rocking mom stars for having so much patience and reading my post yes im very bad n tagging so i took help from Mahima and Swati to help me with tag for other moms.
Indeed this is all about me n my thoughts and u all know about my life my family my hubby my cute little daughter yes il share few pics too of my family ❤ good to know u all moms and there toddlers on baby chakra❤ lovely app n wonderful suggestion.
