hi gauri, my paed. strictly advises no meds. until temperature is 100 and above... up till that, wipe baby's body with warm water, and check for temperature again after sometime... for congestion use ajwain ki potli, made with ajwain and crushed garlic cloves. you can also give her ajwain boiled water and ginger-honey-pepper mixture(this should be licked and savoured and slowly swallowed, its tasty too) &#9786;

gauri looks like your child may probably come up with fever. please check every 4 hours. also, make sure you do n ot keep the child in very hot environment.
