Try <u>having</u> curd.. It helps me a lot... N hv small snacks of almonds n walnuts.. Sprouts.. at regular intervals

First,, start medicines fir the same.. then, have small meals in interval of 2- 3 hours, include cold milk or an icecreame after having meals, dont sleep soon after having food.. take 2 hours gap and then sleep..

Acidity can be eased by drinking cold (not very cold but more than room temperature ) milk... I used to drink that during my pregnancy....In later stages the stomach is pushed upwards due to baby's size which causes acidity.<br>
