my baby 2 month old baby mouth white in tongue what is the reason I dont have cleaned pls suggest

The whiteness on the tongue could be the breast milk or formula milk deposit. This is common. However if baby is fussy refuses to feed and has white patches in other areas of the mouth as well then please do discuss the same with the doctor.

For such a small baby we do not clean the tongue. Are there lumps?
