Baby may be down with fever.. It takes time to settle like before.. Just regularly check the body temperature, give paracetamol drops as per dosage, feed exclusively.. If baby is clingy, try to express and feed.. Cuddling baby wearing helps in this case..

Priyanka,can you express your milk and feed through cup and spoon? This ways baby will not get dehydrated and your pain will ease out to some extent.

Vaccinations will not ruin the taste. A vaccination can cause fever body ache and over all feeling of unwell due to which the appetite may be low and hence baby is refusing to feed. It can take about 72 hours for the effect to wear off so keep patience.
