my baby( 3months)is not pooping for 6 days .what should I do?I have given homeopathy, but it does not work.

It is normal for a baby who is exclusively breast fed to not pass motions for a few days. As long as baby is feeding well and is comfortable don't worry. When poop happens it should be soft and easy to pass.
