My baby born in 35 week. His birth weight was 1.88kg and now he is 3 months old and his weight is 4.85kg which is decrease by 125grm when I check last time. He is complete on formula. Yesterday we given 2nd dose of tripple vaccination. Now his fever ok and no swelling in leg. But he is not taking any feed but he is active. What to do as m concern with his weight loss.
