Apply olive oil... if cracks are too much... apply castor oil. before apply...warm a lil. them allow it to cool...then apply. whenever you wash your baby mouth...apply moisturiser. A year old baby salivate a lot... that also adds in getting skin dry. Wipe mouth whenever it's wet and apply coconut oil or moisturiser. For my baby I use " Palmer's moisturizing lotion" during winters.

moist your baby skin 2 3 times in a day , even use a good oil which suits your baby skin I use olive oil before bed time.
