Honey could cause severe poisoning. avoid it before baby completes 12 months. Till 6months only breast milk works. However you can give top feed once you discuss with your doctor. Read what Richa shared. Will help you understand.
Banana and everything else can be given in mashed form post 6 months.

Pls dnt give banana as baby is very small..wait for atleast 6 months..& the more u feed to ur baby the more milk will produce
