My baby gets sick every month and its alwz the same thing cough and stuffy nose it started when she was 6 month old frequently getting sick i have no idea what causes her to be sick like this in one month she is sick for almost three weeks and only one week she gets better but da following month again the same thing starts pliz help me

Hi include good fats like coconut oil and ghee in her diet every day, it gives good immunity. How is she eating? Cold and cough is part of their growing up so don't worry, take her to play area every day, let her play sitting down, take her to malls, temples, shopping. Going out and getting exposed to all these will increase her immunity.
