It's cradle cap dear and it will go away.  U can do one thing apply some coconut oil and gently massage scalp and leave it for 15-20 minutes,  head bath with shampoo.  Do  this once a week it will go away in few days.

use mamaearth shampoo ... very effective for childs.. for mild n soft hair.

put some dettol on this for one hour before sampoo

it's not dandruff..it's cradle cap..n don't try to remove..use coconut oil...

I haf something similar with my baby.. changed the shampoo and got sebamed.. problem solved
