my baby girl 3 months 10 days old.she is completely on formula. I can't breastfeed her because of some medical issues. her birth weight was 2.96 kg and now is 4.77kg. and height is 59cm. she takes only 100 ml formula per feed. i am giving 6 to 7 feed per day. everyone says that she is very lean. please guide me about her feeding?

thank you so much.. I will definitely try this. she always sucks her fingers and clothes. because of this her poo is watery and bright yellow and smells bad? normally her poo is greenish due to formula.

Weight gain is on the lower side. I would recommend increasing the number of feeds as she is not comfortable with increasing the quantity. You could consider 8 feeds a day to begin with and monitor her weight.
