Ur baby is too small pls consult paedetrician. Use a pink paper to make it rosy. For dry lips i have heard that mamaearth lip balm is really good. But because ur baby is too small do consult the doc first

Don't use any products as of now.; After the baby is atleast 5 months,; use some fresh Malai and rub it gently, on the lips twice or thrice a week.
