You can apply coconut oil followed by b4 nappi cream and give diaper free time to baby

Give diaper free time to your baby if it all diaper is mandatory and very much required and you are not able to manage then please apply before nappy cream or Himalaya diaper rash to prevent the diaper rash if the rashes are very big apply coconut oil in see pediatrician tomorrow

Use water based wipes to clean B4 nappi wipes you can use. For rash u can use B4 Nappi Rash cream
