my baby grl is 2 mth old n suddenly she started making saliva bubbles n sometimes move her tounge outside.. is this normal .. anybody experienced this.

This is normal. Baby has a strong tongue thrust reflex which means that when the baby suckles the tongue comes forward and laps the breast. The baby tends to repeat this action even when not breast feeding.
