Hi sonam, prepare a healthy diet plan for your kid, list out what all is her favorite foods, try to prepare at home & give,make food interesting by preparing new dishes,eat along with kid & enjoy. Give milk and milk products, fruits & green veg. Consult ur prediction for any other supplements.
