Please do not give anything orally to baby without prescription. Your eating an egg daily is healthy and will not affect baby. To help her with the gas you can give her some supervised tummy time daily. For cough and cold best home remedy is steam.

if baby has problem due to gas u can give colicaid ..for cold mix hing in water and apply on hands nails and little bit on chest...can't say about egg...
