As Revauthi said exclusively breastfed babies don't poop even for a week but if in FM or combination then consult doctor..also baby may be constipated.. sometimes it is due to FM brand not suiting or one is not preparing the right mix of powder and water or milk which has turned cold..so discuss with the doctor..for now apply hing and water paste around naval area..some leg excercise can help where knee is turned towards the stomach..also it may be a sign of little colic so read these articles
