How old is the baby...and as Revauthi has said if it's an infant then hair will automatically reduce with growing..just when baby is about 4-5 months old and and still hair are in excess apply raw unboiled milk and wipe off..also later you can make a ubtan of aataa, besan and Malai and gently apply and take off..
