That's due to heat and sweat. Please consult your doctor. Don't let baby to itch. Cut baby nails and file it. Any itching may lead to secondary infection. Wipe baby whenever baby sweats, after feeding. Don't use caps or scarf to tie baby head. Let baby be free.
