My baby is 1 month n 5 days old n she doesn't sleep for long hour means she wake up in every 15 to 20 min or in half hour n when I feed her in 5 min she goes to sleep plz help m disturb in her sleeping pattern
I swaddle her n even I try to make her sleep but she doesn't

Dont always feed whenever she wakes up just cuddle her to make her sleep again. Small babies wake up because of reflux . In case you are using AC you can swaddle her in cotton cloth this will help her in getting better sleep she may not wake up due to reflux. Feed her only after two hours hope this helps
