Hi Radha nipples size does not matter, latching is a technique you need to learn. Give your entire aerola and not just the nipple. Watch lot of YouTube videos on latching. You can use a nursing pillow or ordinary pillow and hold the baby, use a small stool under your legs. All these will give you a comfortable position to feed, you can also lie down and feed if that makes the baby to latch, keep trying.
