My baby is 1 month old today. Exclusively on breast feed. But my nipples were feeling sore. I consulted lactation specialist. She taught me about proper latch. But m unable to get the proper latch as till now baby was latching wrongly. Please help. What can I do?  M so depressed as by improper latch I’m in constant pain and baby gets insufficient amount of milk .
