Hi Sneha for 14 months 9 kg is still fine moreover he is a premature baby so will take time. Give him good fats like ghee,coconut oil,unsalted butter, potatoes, Paneer, eggs, avocado, banana, ragi etc. Do not worry about the weight if he is active. He will learn to say bye, just keep saying and do not stress over it.
